The
Pacific Northwest Council (PNC), Pacific Southwest Council (PSWC) and California
Council will meet from Thursday, February 27, 2003 to Friday, February
28, 2003 at the Ala Moana Hotel
on the outskirts of Waikiki. The Workshop for Section and Branch
Leaders (WSBL - formerly ZMC), the Workshop for Student Chapter Leaders
(WSCL), and the Western Regional Younger Member Council (WRYMC) will meet
concurrently from Friday, February 28, 2003 to Sunday, March 2, 2003 at
the Ala Moana Hotel.

Moana Hotel Reservations
To
obtain the group discount rate for lodging, delegates must make reservations
with the Ala Moana Hotel before January 31, 2003 by calling 1(800) 367-6025.
The mountain-view hotel room rate is $105.00 for single or double occupancy.
Upgraded views are available at higher rates. Check-in time is 3:00

The
Ala Moana Hotel is located at 410 Atkinson Drive, on the outskirts of Waikiki
at the intersection of Atkinson Drive and Mahukona Street. It is
located approximately 20 to 30 minutes from the Honolulu International
Airport (seven miles). One-way taxi costs range from $25 to $30.
Round trip shuttle costs range from $13 to $20.
