Dennis Tulang talked to 141 attendees at the joint ASCE, AWWA, HWEA luncheon meeting at TreeTops Restaurant. He discussed and highlighted the changes in wastewater management that he saw in his 30+ years working with the State Department of Health and shared his views on the future of wastewater management in Hawaii.

	Travis Hylton of Oceanit presented the Kalaelola Seawater Reverse Osmosis Desalination Facility. He discussed the great efforts being done by engineers to develop an alternate water resource on Oahu.
