                                    MM International LLC (MMI) is a subsidiary company of Mitsunaga & Associates, Inc. located in Seoul, South Korea.  MMI was established in 2001 as one of three Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) Contractors for the Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District located in Seoul, South Korea.  The SOFA Contractors are tasked with all of the military design work in South Korea, which includes Planning & Charrettes; Development of RFP Design Build Documents (Criteria Packages); Design Drawings; Specifications; and Cost Estimating. 

Description                  Positions available for project administrators/managers, architects and engineers to be involved with federal military projects involving charrettes; master planning; infrastructure systems development; housing; office facilities; MWR facilities; hangers and airfields; transportation facilities; and engineering reports. 

                                    Associated private and government projects may also include master planning; commercial, residential, and industrial developments; roadway and bridge design; drainage, wastewater, water, and other utility infrastructure systems; airport and harbor transportation facilities; and engineering reports. 

Qualifications               Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited college or university.  Minimum eight (8) years Project Management and design experience preferred.       American Professional License preferred.
Experience with AutoCad and/or Microstation preferred.

CSHMAYCONSULTANT

We are seeking a managing Professional Engineer with a business background to purchase a successful firm specializing in water resources and reuse. He (she) must have, or be qualified to pass, a PE Civil engineering license in Hawaii. Present owner is wishing to shift from ownership to consulting with new owner. Owner has been in the business for 40 years. Ability to communicate with venture capital is important and should be up to speed in water, wastewater and energy technologies. Flexibility, with a wide exposure to the local economic and political issues are essential to success. Terms will be negotiable but favorable for the right individual.
