ASCE Hawaii Section YMF Softball Team

For the first time, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Hawaii Section Younger Member Forum (YMF) participated in the 2006 Architects & Engineers Mixed Softball League. This 16 team coed league ran from February thru June culminating with a tournament day at Kapiolani Park on Sunday, June 11. Other teams that participated included CH2M Hill, Army Corps, Belt Collins, Control Point Surveying, Matsunaga & Assoc., SSFM, Architects Hawaii, Hawaiian Electric Co., KYA
Architects, and URS Corp.

The ASCE YMF softball team’s participation was a success. The team was comprised of ASCE YMF members, engineering students and engineers from private and government agencies. If you are interested in participating next year, please email Stuart Ujimori at ujimori@yahoo.com.
