Sorry to inform everyone that the project to paint the inside of the Kalani High School cafeteria has been cancelled. The project was scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 19. The Legislature passed a House bill this year requiring painted surfaces at state facilities to be tested prior to being removed or covered. The school will not be able to complete a test of the existing paint on the cafeteria walls by the project date.

    Thanks to those who volunteered for this project. We will keep you informed if a similar project takes place in the future.
