Olympics Holiday Classic - Sunday, December 3, 2006

Service Chair
On Sunday, December 3rd,
2006, the ASCE Hawaii Section Younger Member Forum once again volunteered
for the annual Special Olympics Holiday Classic. Ten members woke
up bright and early and reported to the Hickam bowling lanes at 7:30 a.m.
to serve as score keepers and cheerleaders for the bowling event.
The Special Olympics Holiday Classic is one of three events sponsored by
Special Olympics Hawaii for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
The ASCE Hawaii Section YMF were a part of the 1,000 volunteers that helped
in the event. |
