Valley Loop Trail Hike - Sunday, April 13, 2008

Feel like you spend too much
time in the office? Come get some sunlight and fresh air on the first YMF
Hike of 2008, Sunday, April 13 at 9:30 am.
The Makiki Valley Loop Trail
is a combination of three trails: Maunalaha, Kanealole, and Makiki Valley.
The loop is approximately 2.5 miles and will take about 1.5 to 2 hours
to complete. Don’t forget to dress comfortably, wear shoes and pack light.
Most importantly don’t forget to bring water (at least 24 oz per person
recommended).
Parking might be crowded
so car pooling is highly suggested. We will be meeting in the gravel parking
lot before the gate leading up the Hawaii Nature Center at 9:15 am. YMF
will provide refreshments at the end of the hike. Please contact Troy Ching
