After brief presentations of each project and introductions of the respective project teams, the Hawaii Section announced the Grand Award Winner to be the Hana Highway Route 360 Emergency Repairs. As this year’s Hawaii Section OCEA Grand Award winner, this project will also be nominated for the ASCE Region 8 OCEA Award.
